INTERVIEWS
Our WITHIN LAW feature is with Amanda Brock, who trained in the City and moved in-house relatively early in her career. She is now General Counsel for a technology company four days a week. On the side of her legal career she runs a business called Caledoniart which specialises in Scottish art. We asked her about mixing the two and you can read about her here.
Our current OUT OF LAW feature is with Seb Shorr. After qualifying into property at Lovells, he moved at 18m PQE to the real estate department of Shearman & Sterling. He has recently left law at 5yrs PQE to do an MBA at the London Business School. You can read about his decision and how he is finding it so far here.

RECRUITMENT
Moretolaw has links to lots of law firms, recruiters, companies and small businesses and can help you with your job search. We can also simply give you some ideas or put you in touch with someone useful to speak to. If you would like to move jobs (whether within or out of law) then email us here, giving us an idea of:
- your current position; and
- what you are thinking about doing, even if the answer is "I don't know where to start."
We will then get in touch with you and, if we think we can assist you, we will ask you to register with us and send us your CV. We will then take it from there...
